陳偉,教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,國家海外高層次青年人才(2022),湖北省“杰青”(2022),湖北省“百人計劃”(2021)入選者。陳教授2009年于武漢大學(xué)化學(xué)基地班專業(yè)獲理學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位,2014年在浙江大學(xué)化學(xué)系獲得博士學(xué)位。2015-2018年在美國國立衛(wèi)生研究院National Institutes of Health(NIH)陳小元教授課題組從事博士后研究,2018-2020年于麻省理工學(xué)院(Massachusetts Institute of Technology, MIT)Robert S. Langer教授(美國三院院士,2021年增選為中國工程院外籍院士)課題組任研究科學(xué)家(Research Scientist)。2021年加入華中科技大學(xué)同濟醫(yī)學(xué)院基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)院藥理學(xué)系,任教授,兼任Chinese Chemical Letters和MedComm – Biomaterials and Application青年編委,以及Journal of Nanobiotechnology客座編輯。擔(dān)任湖北省藥理學(xué)會第十屆理事會理事,以及湖北省藥理學(xué)會黨支部青年委員和宣傳委員。

陳教授長期從事利用生物啟發(fā)技術(shù)構(gòu)建智控藥劑及智能器件用于疾病診斷治療的研究。圍繞增強藥物療效、提升病人依從性以及增加生物樣本采樣準(zhǔn)確性等關(guān)鍵臨床問題,陳教授基于自身的研究背景,學(xué)習(xí)并借鑒自然界中存在生物原理,發(fā)展了系列生物啟發(fā)智能系統(tǒng):(1)模擬生物硬組織形成,制備仿生礦化藥物制劑,逆轉(zhuǎn)了腫瘤耐藥性;(2)模擬生物自發(fā)驅(qū)動,開發(fā)了生物表面修飾及改性技術(shù),調(diào)控生物體定向遷移特性;(3)模擬多刺生物防御,成功構(gòu)建了血糖響應(yīng)型微針貼片,便利、長效調(diào)控病人血糖;(4)模擬刺頭蠕蟲寄生,創(chuàng)造超強生物粘附微針?biāo)幤瑢崿F(xiàn)了大分子藥物高效口服遞送;(5)模擬鳥類舌尖采集食品,發(fā)展可富集病毒微針咽拭子提高了流行病病原體檢測準(zhǔn)確性;(6)模擬海洋生物附著,制作了定向牽引抗菌微針創(chuàng)可貼,高效修復(fù)感染性全層皮膚缺損;(7)模擬豬籠草液體引流,發(fā)明了智能牙套裝置,實現(xiàn)口腔癌早期預(yù)警。第一及通訊作者已發(fā)表SCI論文40余篇,包括Sci. Release (2015)等,其中影響因子大于11的論文30余篇,10項專利已獲授權(quán)。以重要骨干身份參與了美國國立衛(wèi)生研究院研究計劃,以及麻省理工學(xué)院-諾和諾德聯(lián)合研究項目,成果被NIH和MIT重點推薦,并被Cell出版社以及多家媒體相繼轉(zhuǎn)載。相關(guān)工作榮獲首批湖北省實驗室亮點科技成果,指導(dǎo)學(xué)生獲第十八及十九屆“挑戰(zhàn)杯”全國主賽道全國一等獎、首批國家自然科學(xué)基金青年學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)研究項目(博士研究生項)及首屆中國科協(xié)青年人才托舉工程博士生專項。陳教授工作已展現(xiàn)出較高的商業(yè)及臨床轉(zhuǎn)化潛力,相關(guān)工作已進入臨床試驗階段。
