專業(yè)方向：代謝與免疫衰老

個人簡介：

2020年畢業(yè)于北京大學(xué)，獲腫瘤生物學(xué)博士學(xué)位，師從吳虹教授。

2020年至2024年在清華大學(xué)江鵬實驗室從事代謝免疫研究。

2024年9月入職基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)院病理系。

研究方向：

致力于免疫衰老的研究。衰老是造成老年群體多種發(fā)病率和死亡率攀升的關(guān)鍵因素，造成免疫系統(tǒng)的免疫衰退和慢性炎癥，危害老年健康。我的研究聚焦代謝對免疫衰老的調(diào)控機制與潛在轉(zhuǎn)化，使用代謝組學(xué)、CRISPR篩選、單細胞組學(xué)和空間組學(xué)以及人工智能等前沿交叉技術(shù)，研究化學(xué)生物學(xué)對衰老過程中免疫衰退和慢性炎癥的分子機制，開發(fā)逆轉(zhuǎn)衰老的新干預(yù)方案。

另外一個方向關(guān)注腫瘤免疫，使用前沿交叉技術(shù)，研究腫瘤免疫逃逸的分子機制和篩選抗腫瘤免疫的新靶點，開發(fā)新型抗體藥物。

近五年來以第一作者/排名第一在Nature Cancer（2025）, Cell Metabolism（2023）、Nature Chemical Biology（2022）、Nature Communications（2020，2015）等雜志發(fā)表多篇研究論文，以通訊作者（包含共同通訊作者）在Trends Endocrinol Metab（2025）、JBC（2024）雜志發(fā)表論文。主持兩項國家自然基金（2025年面上項目和2024年青年項目）、中國博士后基金項目等多項科研項目。
