課題組長期從事腫瘤免疫中關(guān)鍵細(xì)胞群體(T細(xì)胞和腫瘤干細(xì)胞)等方面的研究工作,重點(diǎn)研究腫瘤免疫T細(xì)胞長期的存活和腫瘤干細(xì)胞自我更新的代謝調(diào)控機(jī)制并致力于新型腫瘤免疫生物治療技術(shù)的開發(fā)與臨床轉(zhuǎn)化

近五年來在細(xì)胞代謝和腫瘤免疫治療領(lǐng)域以第一/通訊作者(含共同)在 Nature ImmunologyNature Cell BiologyCellular & Molecular ImmunologyCancer ResearchCancer immunology research等雜志發(fā)表多篇論文;作為主要發(fā)明人申報(bào)國內(nèi)和國際PCT專利10項(xiàng),授權(quán)5項(xiàng)。
