
于洪軍,教授、博士生導(dǎo)師,國(guó)家海外高層次青年人才入選者,人畜共患傳染病重癥診治全國(guó)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室PI,現(xiàn)任武漢市生化學(xué)會(huì)理事長(zhǎng)、湖北省生物物理學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事、湖北省生化學(xué)會(huì)理事。于南開大學(xué)獲得學(xué)士學(xué)位、中科院生物物理所獲博士學(xué)位。2011-2016年在美國(guó)布魯克海文國(guó)家實(shí)驗(yàn)室,從事博士后研究;2016-2018在美國(guó)Van Andel研究所,任研究科學(xué)家并從事科學(xué)研究工作。
研究方向
長(zhǎng)期致力于研究感染、腫瘤等重大疾病相關(guān)的糖質(zhì)合成規(guī)律與功能機(jī)制,并發(fā)展靶向干預(yù)的方法,特別關(guān)注細(xì)胞壁糖合成抗真菌藥物靶點(diǎn)、細(xì)胞表面重要糖質(zhì)的合成過程。以通訊或第一作者在Nature、Cell、Nature Chemical Biology、Nature Communications、PNAS、Cell Discovery、JBC等權(quán)威期刊發(fā)表多篇論文。研究成果入選張樹政糖科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)-青年科技獎(jiǎng)、華中科技大學(xué)重大學(xué)術(shù)進(jìn)展、ESI高被引論文等。主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金重大研究計(jì)劃(2項(xiàng))、面上項(xiàng)目等,長(zhǎng)期擔(dān)任Nature Chemical Biology、EMBO Journal、Nature Communications、Nature Protocols、Carbohydrate Polymers等多個(gè)知名期刊的審稿人。
