研究領(lǐng)域

納米醫(yī)學(xué)、介入治療、免疫治療、核醫(yī)學(xué)影像。主要研究方向:新型納米藥劑的開發(fā)與臨床轉(zhuǎn)化、腫瘤靶向藥物遞送、腫瘤微環(huán)境調(diào)節(jié)與療效增敏。

 

主要學(xué)術(shù)成果

本人的研究對象,是以胰腺癌為代表的具有高度耐藥性的實體腫瘤。針對胰腺癌纖 維化程度高、藥物遞送困難的特點,開發(fā)了一種新型高分子納米載體,在多個動物模型中 成功調(diào)節(jié)了腫瘤微環(huán)境,提高了藥物遞送效率,并顯著增強(qiáng)了放、化療與免疫治療的療效。成果已發(fā)表于 Journal of Controlled ReleaseBiomaterials ACS Nano 等。該納米制劑已在中美兩國申請專利。此外,本人在國際上首先闡明,不可逆電穿孔介入療法(IRE)可 降低胰腺腫瘤微環(huán)境的免疫抑制性。利用 IRE 顯著提高了免疫檢查點抑制劑對胰腺癌的療效。成果將于近期發(fā)表于 Nature Communications。本人對腫瘤光熱治療及核醫(yī)學(xué)影像方向也有涉及, 成果發(fā)表于 BiomaterialsApplied Materials Today Nanoscale 等 。近五年內(nèi)以第一作者或共同第一作者身份發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文 14 篇,涵蓋藥學(xué)、材料學(xué)和影像學(xué)等領(lǐng)域, 共計影響因子 98.3已主持或參與學(xué)術(shù)基金 4 項。長期擔(dān)任 Advanced Functional Materials,
