聚焦免疫細(xì)胞代謝調(diào)控及其在免疫治療中的應(yīng)用,特別關(guān)注T細(xì)胞代謝與功能的生物學(xué)機(jī)制,以及其在腫瘤免疫中的關(guān)鍵作用。T細(xì)胞作為適應(yīng)性免疫的核心組成部分,其代謝狀態(tài)不僅決定其分化、增殖和效應(yīng)功能,還深刻影響免疫記憶的形成與維持,以及在腫瘤微環(huán)境中抗腫瘤應(yīng)答的有效性。近年來(lái),研究集中于代謝調(diào)控T細(xì)胞記憶形成和維持的機(jī)制,旨在揭示T細(xì)胞在分化發(fā)育、記憶形成及抗腫瘤免疫中的代謝調(diào)控機(jī)理,挖掘新型治療靶點(diǎn),開(kāi)發(fā)創(chuàng)新的免疫治療策略。
