裴磊,男,博士,華中科技大學(xué)同濟(jì)醫(yī)學(xué)院(神經(jīng)生物學(xué)系)副教授,碩/博士生導(dǎo)師,中國(guó)神經(jīng)科學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)員,湖北省神經(jīng)科學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)青年工作委員會(huì)委員、湖北省病理生理學(xué)會(huì)科普工作委員會(huì)常務(wù)委員。華譽(yù)出版社科學(xué)編輯,《醫(yī)學(xué)研究與發(fā)表》編委。2009-2010年為荷蘭皇家科學(xué)院神經(jīng)科學(xué)研究所訪問(wèn)學(xué)者。2016-2017年借調(diào)科技部生物技術(shù)發(fā)展中心,參與重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目管理。2019-2021年為美國(guó)華盛頓大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院高級(jí)訪問(wèn)學(xué)者。主要研究方向?yàn)樘弁础⑷毖阅X卒中等神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病、以及感覺(jué)-情感神經(jīng)環(huán)路機(jī)制。先后在神經(jīng)科學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域權(quán)威期刊Cerebral CortexJournal of NeuroscienceBrain Behavior & ImmunityStroke以第一或通訊作者發(fā)表SCI研究論文23篇,授權(quán)專利5項(xiàng)。獲得國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng),已結(jié)題國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金青年項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),中荷合作研究項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),中國(guó)博士后科學(xué)基金2項(xiàng)。主編著作兩部,編譯著作一部。目前擔(dān)任Aging Research Reviews等多個(gè)國(guó)際權(quán)威期刊審稿人。

研究方向

1)缺血后神經(jīng)元突觸損傷是引起突觸傳遞障礙與神經(jīng)元死亡的早期病理生理學(xué)基礎(chǔ)。本課題組致力于運(yùn)用分子生物學(xué)、形態(tài)學(xué)、機(jī)能學(xué)結(jié)合轉(zhuǎn)基因動(dòng)物模型,尋找特異性的細(xì)胞死亡通路與靶點(diǎn),從細(xì)胞和分子水平揭示缺血性腦卒中神經(jīng)元死亡的機(jī)制,從而為治療腦卒中開發(fā)有效的治療藥物

2)卒中后疼痛(CPSP)是腦卒中引起的最常見(jiàn)中樞性疼痛,缺乏有效治療,嚴(yán)重影響患者卒中后康復(fù)與生活質(zhì)量。CPSP的發(fā)病與中樞去抑制、中樞敏化及感覺(jué)失衡有關(guān),但具體分子機(jī)制不明。本課題組運(yùn)用轉(zhuǎn)基因小鼠局灶性皮層缺血CPSP模型,結(jié)合病毒示蹤、光遺傳學(xué)、電生理以及痛行為學(xué)檢測(cè)方法,觀察引起CPSP的皮層丘腦特異神經(jīng)環(huán)路,從而揭示缺血性卒中后細(xì)胞死亡信號(hào)通過(guò)損傷皮層-丘腦環(huán)路引起CPSP的機(jī)制,為臨床治療CPSP提供新策略。

3)卒中后抑郁(post-stroke depression, PSD)的發(fā)病機(jī)制研究:運(yùn)用轉(zhuǎn)基因小鼠PSD模型,結(jié)合病毒示蹤、光遺傳學(xué)、電生理以及痛行為學(xué)檢測(cè)方法,觀察引起PSD的海馬前額葉皮層特異神經(jīng)環(huán)路改變,揭示缺血性卒中后細(xì)胞死亡信號(hào)通過(guò)損傷背側(cè)海馬-內(nèi)側(cè)前額葉皮層環(huán)路引起PSD的機(jī)制。
